Simply the Best Fundraising!!!
Our goal when putting together a fundraising package was to come up with an event that would be so good that it would beg to become an annual event.
With that in mind, we believed a fundraising package needs to offer the following 3 benefits:
1- an excellent value for the paying customers
2- a substantial split of revenue for your organization
3- to provide an event where the surrounding community can take part in and be proud of.
In short, we believe we have accomplished that and I would like to share with you why.
1. An excellent value for the paying customer.
We charge a one-price admission fee of only $10 and if parents just want to watch their kids, then they can enter free. Our selection of inflatables is driven at two age groups to maximize family draw.
We offer to the 2-9 year olds(depending on the event)2 bounces, 2 obstacle bounces, a 55-ft caterpillar, a 24’ ft double slide, a 22’ climb and slide, 2 enclosed obstacle courses to race friends through, a ball bounce , our "Simply the Best" Choo Choo train, a mini-slide, an 18’ slide and the following two marquee features. The crash course is a gigantic, colorful NASCAAR-type themed obstacle course that sits there and says wow and is hugely entertaining. Not to be outdone, The Titanic Slide, the crown jewel in the Simply the Best Inventory, is 33 feet of pure adrenaline. Together, these two items seen from a distance just draws both kids and adults in to your event. And that is not to mention the 3-story tall Victory Lap slide or the Ironman Obstacle that stands close to 20 feet tall!!!
We have geared more interactive, competitive inflatables to the older kids as well as adults. Included in our package(depending on the event) are Gladiator Joust, Bouncing Boxing, Sumo Wrestling, Velcro Wall, Sticky Tricky Obstacle Course (a very challenging course indeed), 3-man bungee run, basketball shootout, speed pitch, dunk tank and a second obstacle course.
I’m sure you can see that this is an incredible value for individuals and families alike. And it is all wholesome, healthy entertainment!!! Kids love to be active, jump and slide, and this is the perfect venue for them. Imagine, over 10 attractions just for the 2-9 year olds!! What parent wouldn’t want to bring their child to this event??? And what teen doesn’t like the idea of challenging their friends in joust or sumo wrestling to see who’s victorious or demonstrate to all the world how fast they can throw a baseball? For the price of a movie, they can come and enjoy over 10 interactive games over and over again.
2. Excellent revenue split
If your venue can handle it, we will provide up to 25 attractions at a 60/40 split. Priced as daily rentals, your organization would have to pay well over $8,000.00 a day. What we do is provide you with great attractions that are certified and registered in NJ and insured up to $1,000,000.00 per incident. These inflatables are 2005 new and are not only fun but are great to look at. For 60 percent of the proceeds, we will deliver to your event, help set-up and take-away. What your organization needs to do is:
1. Provide the marketing which we will be happy to assist your organization with and show how it can be done free of charge.
2. Supply volunteers to monitor the rides and to help set-up and tear down. We will give training to your volunteers at the time we do the initial setup.
We also have concessions that we can provide such as pucker powder, cotton candy, sno-cones and popcorn. These are great money makers in and of themselves. In addition, we have teamed up with "A Party Center" should your event require any catering or other party essentials. In short, we can do it all from A to Z.
As for ride monitors, most organizations'staff really enjoy being actively involved with the running of the event. However, We can also provide attendants for the rides or concessions if you feel your organization would be better served.
We believe that if the event is well-marketed which can be almost entirely free, a one-day event should gross at least $10,000.00 not counting concessions or food. That would mean on average only 1,300 kids, teens and adults. A 2- or 3- day event should gross at least in the neighborhood of $15,000.00 to $20,000.00. That translates to a profit of $4,000.00 to $8,000.00 for your organization. And just as important, the members of your organization will have a lot of fun serving your community in such a fun and wholesome way!!!
3. Your community will love it!!!
More than anything, this is our number 1 goal. If the community loves it, everything else will fall in place.That is why we would bring just about every inflatable we have to your event. Where else can parents take their kids and have such an assortment of things to do all day long?? And, for the cost of a movie ticket, they can watch their kids have the time of their lives.
